We'll be training approximately 4-5 hours each day.
Your cost will only be the room rate + $350 surcharge for food, coaching, and organization.
Time/fitness requirements: Due to the nature of the camp we require you to have met one of these criteria in order to attend: sub-15 hour Ironman, sub-7 hour half-Ironman, or sub-3 hour olympic distance triathlon. This isn't a beginner camp.
Accomodations: We are running the camp out of a 15-room hotel on the water in St Pete Beach. We have reserved 6 rooms with various configurations and there are a few more open at this hotel or an adjacent hotel.
- Room rate (about $400 if you share a room / more like $750 if you want your own room) + $350 for meals, coaching, and organization.
What is included: Your coaches, essentially all meals (just breakfast + quick lunch on Sunday), entry into any training venues or additional races, a Powerstroke DVD, and various camp goodies.
What is not included: car rentals, restaurant meals, airport pickup or drop-off, and airfare.
2.26 Tuesday night - arrival at hotel, dinner for those who are in time.
2.27 Wednesday - long ride, midday swim, short evening run.
2.28 Thursday - long run, open water swim.
3.1 Friday - long ride + short brick run, midday swim.
3.2 Saturday - St Pete 10k, midday open water swim
3.3 Sunday - easy mid-distance ride, hotel check-out and camp ends.
