Join LifeSport, “the Official Coaches of Ironman”, in St. George, Utah on April 28th for specific preparation for the Ford Ironman St. George held May 1, 2010. The camp will serve as a perfect opportunity to prepare on the actual course and ensure success on race day. Featured will be internationally renowned Ironman coaches and top pros who will provide inspiration and specific tips on nutrition planning, heat management, pacing, hill climbing and mental strategies. The camp is also open to triathletes who are not racing who are simply looking for a great day of learning for future events. All abilities are welcome.
