5-9 pm: Arrival, dinner on own/relax
Saturday, April 27
8 am-9 am: Bike workout from shared condo
9:30-10:30: core and strength training workout for triathletes/cyclists/runners
10:30-10:45: break
10:45-11:30: run in territory-hills
11:30-11:45: wrap up and Q & A
11:45-12:45/1: lunch downtown
1-2:00: nutrition for triathletes, cyclists talk and questions
2:30-4:30: optional group ride/run
4:30-5:30: Jacuzzi or relaxation time
5:30-8 pm: Group BBQ at the shared condo/home

7:30 am-9:30 am- Group ride in of bike course (Galena Triathlon)-OPTIONAL
9:30-10:30 Transition tips/practice/run
