Brief Description

The 2013 Tri-Now endurance Spring Base Camp is a weekend of intense and focused swim/bike/run training in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Camp Includes


All fees include camp coaching & activities, meals and lodging.

Options & Fees


3 Day April 5-7: by Jan 31st $500 after Jan 31st $550

4 Day April 4-7: by Jan 31st $700 after Jan 31st $750

•All fees include a non refundable $100 deposit
•Balance of full payment must be paid by March 31, 2013

Additional Information

Participants are offered the opportunity to log base miles and work on technique away from the distractions of everyday life. Gain early season training through fully supported and coached swim, bike run and brick workouts. Efficiency in each discipline is addressed through functional strength & movement instruction and video analysis. Other carious components of training & fitness are considered throughout camp. Join us for a long weekend of steady training, learning & fun!

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
