Brief Description
The Patriot Half Training Camp is designed for athletes who are new to the half iron race distance. Led by USA Triathlon certified coaches, this full day camp covers each of the triathlon disciplines on the actual course of the Patriot Half. In addition, important topics are covered such as transition, race day nutrition, and mental training. The goal of this training camp is to help people who are new to this distance have a successful race at the Patriot Half on June 16, 2012.
