Brief Description

Hosted at beautiful Lake Anna in Virginia, our inaugural triathlon training camp is designed for beginner level triathletes, from the absolute newbie with some swim experience, to those who have some triathlon experience, but are looking to make improvements. Pace is not important as this camp will be more about developing technique and learning skills for triathlon training and racing.

Additional Information

Ride the scenic country roads surrounding Lake Anna, roads that play host to many of Virginia’s most popular triathlons. Participants will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to practice their open water swim skills in the “heated” waters of Lake Anna. Slip on your wetsuit for open water training while coaches assess your swim technique. Run on rolling terrain, taking time to work on your form while adding up some solid base miles. There is plenty of time to rest between workouts while you take advantage of the offered lecture topics. These topics range from working with your heart rate monitor to learning the essentials of the transition area. FeXY Coaching will present an absolutely unforgettable experience.
