Breathing Workshop

About This Activity

Breathing is arguably the most important activity we do during the day yet many people don't know how to breathe. Pilates breathing can feel awkward at first and takes a lot of practice to master. This workshop will focus on ways to improve breathing efficiency and to better appreciate how we breathe.  Exercises will be provided to hone in on different breathing pattens taught in yoga and pilates. This is a focused but calming workshop without rigouous activity. Neti-pot tutorials are optional.
