T-Shirts for 1st & 2nd Place \nTournament Details\nTigard Tip-Off Tournament Rules: High School Rules apply with the following modifications: \nRoster Size \nTeams are limited to 12 players throughout the tournament. A roster will be turned in to the scorer's table prior to each game. The roster must be identical for all games in the tournament, but every player on the roster is not required to participate in or attend each game. \nLength of Games \nAll games will be two 16 minute stop time halves. Every game must have a winner. If teams are tied at the end of regulation play, one two-minute overtime will be played with stopped clock. If the game remains tied at the end of overtime, sudden death overtime will be played. The first team to score one or more points will win the game. If the point differential is greater than 15 points with 4 minutes left in the game, we will shift to a running clock. \nGame Start Times \nGames will start at the designated time. If a team is unable to start play at the designated time, a 5 minute grace period will apply. If the team is unable to start play at the end of the grace period, the game will be forfeited to the other team. \nMinimum Number of Players \nA team must have a minimum of four players to participate in a match. If they do not have enough players (after the five minute grace period) they will forfeit the game. \nAlternate Color Jersey \nEach team must have an alternate color of numbered jerseys. The home team (listed first) will be responsible for changing jerseys if there is a color conflict. \nTie Breakers \nIf two teams are tied in wins after the preliminary round, the following tie breakers will be used.\n1. Head to Head results\n2. Point differential (points scored minus points allowed)\n3. Most points scored\n4. Coin Flip \nIf three or more teams are tied after the preliminary round, the tie breaker criteria listed will be used in order shown, beginning with criteria #1, to first eliminate, or second, advance one of the three teams. The remaining teams will then be compared, beginning again with criteria #1.
