It has been scientifically proven numerous times that everyone can learn how to increase their speed, quickness and agility. If speed is important in your sport then you need to improve it!! Group sprint & hurdle training For years TGR has offered speed training for athletes in all sports, now we are offering group training specifically for track athletes. Training focuses on block starts, sprints, and hurdle technique with some basic conditioning. The goal is to provide an edge for serious athletes that wish to step up their game with fall track training. Come train with TGR while others dream of greatness you can develop it. Individual or private instruction For those interested, private or small group instruction is offered in the areas of speed training, distance training, or track and field event training year round.
