About This Activity

Ride Start Times:
7:00 am - 100 Mile
8:00 am - Metric Century (64 miles)
9:00 am - 30 Mile

Bike course closes at 4:00 pm

BBQ Lunch:
Lunch will be served back at the park from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. (A vegetarian option isalso available.) Lunch is included with yourregistration fees and extra meals for you or yourfamily are only $10.00 each.

No Cancellations:
This event will take place rain or shine. We will notaccept cancellations for any reason and will not issue any refunds. If you cannot attend, you maysubstitute another rider.

Proceeds:
The proceeds from this ride will benefit the localcommunity and specifically North County Humane Society, Templeton Library Community Association, and Community Action Partnership Adult Day Center.

Directions:
Templeton is approximately 30 minutesnorth of San Luis Obispo.

Take Highway 101 to Templeton. Exit at Vineyard Drive.
At the offramp stop, head east (this is a right-hand turn regardless if you've been heading south or north on the 101).
Turn left at the signal on Main Street.
Turn left on 5th Street.
Please do not park on 6th or Crocker Streets as those are reserved for Farmers Market.

Rider Safety Info:
All riders must obey the rules of the road and the California Vehicle Code.
It is the rider's responsibility to operate their bicycle in a safe manner, and to bring a bicycle that is in safe operating condition.
Be prepared! Carry a spare tube, pump, water, pocket money, ID, and emergency phone numbers.
Protect your noggin' and wear a helmet. If you're under 18 years of age, a helmet is REQUIRED!
Riders 16 years old and under MUST be accompanied by an adult on the ride.
Riders must discontinue the ride, if in the opinion of the tour staff, the rider is too exhausted to continue.
Be prepared for hilly terrain on the 100 and 62-mile courses.
