Held annually in April at Arizona State University's Sun Devil Stadium, the 4.2 mile run/walk attracts over 35,000 participants, volunteers and spectators from across the country. Together, they Run, Walk and Honor Pat’s legacy while raising important funds to support the Tillman Military Scholars program.
Online registration opens on Veterans Day, Sunday, November 11, 2012 and will close on Friday, April 12, 2013 or sooner if capacity is met. The deadline to register as a member of a team is March 31, 2013. Space is limited. Register early to secure your spot.
Race Day Schedule of Events
6:00 a.m. - Finish Line Expo and Kids Corner Open
7:00 a.m. - Race Chair Start
7:05 a.m. - 4.2 mile Race Start
9:45 a.m. - Pat's Run Kids Run Start - .42 mile race (non-competitive for 12 & under)
All events finish on the 42-yard line inside Sun Devil Stadium - symbolic of the #42 jersey Pat wore as a Sun Devil.
Each registered participant will receive:

Every registered Pat's Run participant has the opportunity to join Team Tillman Pat's Run to earn unique gear, gifts and benefits – including reserved race day parking - while raising important funds and awareness for the Tillman Military Scholars program. The Kids Run is a .42 mile non-competitive run/walk for children 12 years and under. It starts at 9:45 a.m., just south of the Kids Corner on Packard Drive and finishes on the 42-yard line inside Sun Devil Stadium. Children must be registered to receive a souvenir Pat's Run Kids Run T-shirt and goodie bag. For answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the Kids Run, please visit www.patsrun.com.
Packet Pick-up will be available at the north end of Sun Devil Stadium. Please note, all participants* must pick up their race packet prior to race day and no later than Friday, April 19th at 6:00 p.m.

Participating in Pat's Run as a team of family members, co-workers or friends allows you to create and share special memories. Please note, team registration closes March 31, 2013. After that date (space permitting) all participants will be registered as individuals. Team Captains with 10 or more participants will be given the option to request an early consolidated packet pick-up (Friday, April 12, 2013) for the entire team.

Click on the Register Now button on the Patsrun.com homepage, click Register Now on the Active.com landing page, Select LOGIN after “Already have an Active Account?” or follow the prompts to create a User Account (this will allow Team Captains to manage their teams, if you login as a guest, it prohibits that function)
Select "Creating a Team Register Here! (Team Captains Only), follow prompts to create your team name and password (optional), register for the run and invite others to join.
How to Join a Team

Select your team name from the drop down list, enter the team password and proceed with Registration (Adult or Kids Run). Contact your team captain for the team password (if required).
Team Packet Pick-up
Team Captains with 10 or more team members will have the opportunity to select an early team packet pick-up on Friday, April 12. Team Captains will receive an e-mail inviting them to select or decline consolidated team packet pick-up by one team member. This will enable an entire team to receive race numbers and shirts prior to race week. We encourage large teams to pick up early to facilitate distribution to team members prior to race week.
RacePlace Events is the official timing company of Pat's Run. Results will be posted at www.patsrun.com on race day.
Through a partnership with the ASU Alumni Association, Pat’s Run Shadow Runs will be held in cities across the country on April 20. Shadow Runs are casual, fun runs held in parks and recreational areas nationwide. Register Online and select the Shadow Run team representing the city you wish to participate in. Race shirts will be mailed by Monday, April 15 to arrive prior to your Shadow Run.
Event T-Shirt Only Purchases
Can't be there on race day? Run, Walk and Honor in support of the Pat Tillman Foundation throughout the year wherever you may be. Race shirts will ONLY be mailed to people who are NOT participating in the race but would like to receive the official race shirt. Click here to purchase a race shirt. The fun continues after the race with a free Finish Line Festival that features entertainment, refreshments and over 40 local and national vendors. For children 12 and under the Kids Corner is an interactive zone filled with games, inflatables and special appearances by members of Arizona State football team and local sports team mascots.
