A Culinary Journey Thursday evenings 6-8pm, Jan. 22nd, 29th, Feb. 5th, and 12th. Join us on a Culinary Journey through Indian cuisine as we prepare dishes that will enable you to create a complete Indian meal at home! Along the way, we will be discussing The Diversity of India and it's Cuisine, the importance of Spices in Indian Cuisine, Traditional Indian Cookware and Kitchen Utensils, as well as Proteins (Meat and Fish).
