What's Included

Our next 4 class Culinary Journey will take place in September (Thursday evenings 6-8pm September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th) As part of this Culinary Journey, we will be discussing the Republic of India and the Diversity of Indian Cuisine, Basic Spices, some of India's Traditional Cookware, as well as Gosht and Machli (Meat and Fish). Along this Culinary Journey we will be preparing: Aloo Vada (Potato Fritters) Coriander/Mint Chutney (AKA Green Chutney) Aloo Gobi ('Curried' Potato and Cauliflower) Punjabi Chole ('Curried' Chickpeas) Indian style Basmati Rice Kashmiri Murgh Tikka Masala (Chicken in Spiced Tomato Cream Sauce) Badami Seviya Kheer (Indian Rice Pudding) Salt Lassi and Mango Lassi (Yogurt 'Smoothies')
