This camp is suitable for gamers who haven't started playing yet, as well as more experienced players. Minecraft is a game that allows students to let their imaginations run wild in this 3D block universe. They'll craft tools, build huge structures, and engineer working contraptions all from the materials found in the world of Minecraft. Students will work together to make the city of their imagination complete with farms, working railroads, and their own unique houses. This curriculum has been expanded to an A week and B week - two separate sets of activites for students to enjoy even more Minecraft. You do not need to have participated in A week, to register for B week. Students attending the Minecraft Camp will need to have a personal copy of Minecraft for the PC and a Mojang account (used to play Minecraft online). If you do not own it already, you can purchase Minecraft at: minecraft.net. You will set up a Mojang account as part of the purchase process. Students need to bring their username and password with them the first day of camp. If you run into any difficulty, give us a call at 480-833-7338.
