About this event
Visiting chef Laura Cole will lead students in the preparation of a fresh lemon semolina pastas and then a fresh ricotta and ragu that incorporates Alaskan game meat. She will share her knowledge and experience living and working in Alaska and the unique culinary ingredients available there. A former Top Chef participant (2017), James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Northwest semi-finalist (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) and chef and owner of 229 Parks Restaurant and Tavern in Denali National Park & Preserve, Laura is a master of true Alaskan cuisine.
