About this event
Take inspiration from legendary culinary master Julia Child, the queen of French cooking, in this four-week series. We'll watch some vintage episodes of PBS’s “The French Chef” and use some of Jula's best-known recipes to learn useful culinary techniques and experience the "Joy of Cooking!" (This year’s series of classes are different from those offered in 2023, so repeat students are encouraged.)
