Making food taste great is simple when you’re working with fresh, local ingredients. But equally important is your technique, which doesn’t come from simply following recipes. Chef Bud Thomas's cooking classes enable students to work together in a fun, hands-on environment while learning fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking. Utilizing regionally acquired ingredients, students will work side by side to prepare a delicious variety of foods, and then share the fruits of their labor together with a glass of wine.
