What's Included

Telluride Truffle has been making exceptional, fresh chocolates since 1997. Chocolatier Patty Denny's artisanal chocolates are meticulously handcrafted with no preservatives or waxes. In this class, Denny will give participants a rare peek into how her truffles are made. Students will join Denny at her Lawson Hill shop to see how the magic happens and where all of Telluride Truffle’s products are made. Come learn how this master chocolatier creates the best chocolates in town! Students should meet at 104 Society Drive in Lawson Hill (adjacent to Society Conoco) at 10:55 a.m. Ah Haa can assist with those who wish to carpool.
