PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

$300 deposit/person is due with tour registration form
$500 second deposit by 05 October, and
Final payment is due by 15December

Add Travel Protection Plan if desired. Covers Trip Cancellation, Medical, Emergency Evacuation, Baggage. Premium amount depends on total tour cost and age - must be paid within 21 days of initial tour deposit, cannot be added later. A Travel Protection Plan is required for all trekkers. Ask for details!

Balance due by latest 15 Dec 2012. (Final invoice will be sent out by 05Dec2012).

CAMPING SAFARI INCLUDES:

*Air fare on Delta from Minneapolis to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) in Tanzania and back.

*One way flight from Serengeti to Arusha.

*Airport transfer from Kili airport to nearby KIA Lodge.

*Airport transfer from Keys Hotel to JRO Airport.

*Baggage handling at airports/hotels.

*10 Nights accommodations in Tanzania (basis share double/twin), and all meals.

*All park entry fees.

*Services of local driver-guides in private vehicles on safari.

*Safari game drives as shown (every KLE participant has a window seat!).

*Special Lunch at Stiggy's restaurant in Arusha.

*Kilimanjaro Marathon/Half Marathon/5K entry fee & goodie bag / finisher medal for Full and Half. We will automatically register you for the event.

*Bottled water on the safari vehicle (two bottles per day per person).

*Pasta dinner on the two nights prior to the race, and full race briefing.

*Farewell Happy Hour and special BBQ Dinner.

*Tipping on included services.

NOT INCLUDED:

*US and International air taxes and fuel surcharges on DL/KL air ticket (currently $690, subject to change until final ticketing).

*US Passport fee (must have a valid US passport valid to at least 30Sep2013).

*Tanzania Tourist Visa Fee of US$100.00. Visa application form will be provided.

*All drinks drinks at camps and on safari except for bottled water.

*Equipment rental, travel protection insurance, visas, and health requirements.

*Personal telephone calls, taxis, any other excursions outside of the itinerary.

*Optional balloon safari - must be pre-purchased in the US.

*US and International air taxes and fuel surcharges on DL/KL air ticket (currently approx $148 and $240, amounts fluctuate).

*US Passport fee (passport must be valid to at least 30Sep2013).

*Tanzania Tourist Visa Fee of US$100.00.

*All drinks including bottled water (unless specified).

*Equipment rental, travel protection insurance, visas, and health requirements.

*Items of personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included herein.

*Tips to Mt. Kili Trek guides/porters (compulsory tip on trek - USD 140 per person).

*Trip Cancellation/Travel Insurance available on request; please note that medical/evacuation coverage is required for the Mt Kilimanjaro trek.

6-DAY TOP OF KILI TREK EXTENSION PRICE INCLUDES:

*Accommodations, meals, all porters, guides, park fees, camping fees, and mountain rescue while doing the trek. Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport.

*Detailed itinerary and information pack - medical list, equipment list, etc. T-shirt and Top of Kili Trekking Certificate.

*Health Requirements - Yellow Fever inoculation no longer required, but recommended. Malaria prophylactics are recommended, but not required.

*Mountain Rescue Insurance.

*"Mission Accomplished" special Happy Hour and BBQ Dinner.

Travel Insurance -Medical/evaction insurance coverage is required for the 6-day trek.
INOCULATIONS:

None required. Yellow fever certificate also no longer required, but recommended. Malaria prophylactics are highly recommended, although not required.

CANCELLATION:

If cancellation becomes necessary, monies recoverable from the suppliers will be refunded, less $300.00 per person administration fee. Your deposits include the official run registration fee, which is non-refundable but can be re-assigned to an alternate if one is found. If a sharing person drops out, he/she is responsible for the resulting single room supplement cost to the remaining room partner, unless a new share person can be found that suits the remaining room partner.

Note: Prices are subject to adjustment by time of final invoicing, mainly in the event of currency variations, vendor price changes and airport taxes which can fluctuate.

DEVIATION / CHANGE FEE:

Your Kilimanjaro Marathon tour package has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated prices when traveling as a group. A fee of $150.00 per person will apply per deviation or change from the original program, plus the extra costs of new or changed services.

If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or ground arrangements which are subject to cancellation charges, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee (this occurs likely within 60 days of departure when air tickets and other documents have been issued).
