These 6 week sessions (2 days a week/ 2 hrs. per. session) is a progressive format covering all the fundamentals and some advanced skills. Athletes of all skill ability are welcome! Our system has been refined over twenty years and greatly crosses over to what is taught at the National Team level. Skills training is set to the level of the ahtletes with the more experienced athletes setting the standard. We keep it to a max of 8-1 player to coach ratio. All sessions incorporate a 10 min hitting segment and end with a minimum of 25 minutes live play. Ahtletes will also receive speed, agility, quickenss training the last 15 min of each session. These skills crossover to all sports promoting the development of an overall athletic skill set.
