Description

A fun and invigorating workout that teaches controlled movements utilizing the body's "core" - abdomen, back, and hips. Pilates improves core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with mat exercises. Pilates is the ultimate mind-body exercise for anyone who wants to tone, streamline, and realign their body. Co-sponsored by the Montgomery County Recreation Department. Six week sessions. Max. 10/Min. 3. Instructor Nancy Nickell. Students are required to bring their own mat and hand weights.
