Two-time Olympian and world record holder Natalie Coughlin presents the first of her freestyle video tips presented by H2O Audio.
At her first Olympics in 2004 in Athens, Coughlin took home five medals, including gold in the 100m Backstroke and 4x200m Freestyle Relay.
At the Beijing Games in 2008, she exceeded her previous Olympic medal count and became the first American female athlete to win six medals at a single Olympics, successfully defending her gold medal in the 100m Backstroke in the process.
