This training session is designed to help you focus on your swimming technique to increase your efficiency in the water. We will focus on body position in the water, breathing, and stroke mechanics to help you become a more efficient swimmer!
Anyone wanting to increase their swimming efficiency. Must be able to swim 500 yds.
Thursday Jan 14th, Tuesday Jan 19th, and Thursday Jan 21st 5:15-6:15 AM at the Columbia Association, Supreme Sports Club.
CA membership card or photo ID, swimsuit, goggles, cap, and Blue Zoomer Fins (can be bought at Cy's in Catonsville or online), water bottle.
