Brief Description
Join OSB coaches Marty and Brianne Gaal for a three hour open water swim clinic at Johnny Mercer Pier in Wrightsville Beach in North Carolina. We will cover open water starts, technique, sighting, overcoming nerves/anxiety, dealing with crowds, and every other possible open water issue. The clinic will include a swim workout and a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form freestyle technique DVD. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
