Brief Description

USAT/USAC Certified Coach and 15 time Ironman Finisher Tony Troccoli from Coach-Tony.com will provide an open water swim clinic to prepare you for any open water event. The clinic will include race preparation, course prep, race transition do's and dont's, open water swim techniques, and practice swim. Each session will include a discussion of the open water swim techniques covering all aspects of the a triathlon swim.

Additional Information

Skills taught are applicable to any triathlon benefiting both new and experienced athletes. No one will prepare you better. The swim clinic will be focus on helping you move through the water by with minimal water disruption. Agenda and more info at www.coach-tony.com.
