Brief Description

One of the biggest problems pool swimmers have with open water races is swimming a straight line and entering and exiting the water. Athletes will waste a great deal of time and energy if they are not efficient in these skills. We will teach you the necessary techniques to allow you to swim a straight line & swim safely within a group in open water. TriCoach will also cover how to enter and exit the water in the most effective manner.

Join us for a 1 day swim camp in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The swim camp will consist of open water and pool sessions. -Open Water Techniques-Group Swim Techniques-Swim Stroke Analysis (Video)-Group Workouts-Dry Land September 5th 2010 Session #1 Time: 7:00 – 8:30am Location: Glade pool & Club HouseGlade Farm Dr. (3rd right after entering the Glade) Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 Description: Swim stroke analysis; each athlete will get their stroke recorded & examined on video; CD’s will be mailed to all participates. We will cover open water swim drills in a pool setting to be used in the ocean.
