Additional Information
One of the biggest problems pool swimmers have with open water races is swimming a straight line and entering and exiting the water.
Athletes will waste a great deal of time and energy if they are not efficient in these skills. We will teach you the necessary techniques to allow you to swim a straight line & swim safely within a group in open water. TriCoach will also cover how to enter and exit the water in the most effective manner.
