Brief Description
This clinic is now full. The Beginner to Intermediate class will be starting at 9am and going until 12pm.
Advanced is from 1pm to 4pm. Please bring a dry change of clothes since after we video your stroke, we'll be doing some brief "classroom" time to look at your stroke on video, critique, then get back in the pool. People swimming 1:30 or less per 100 yards or meters should be in the advanced session.
