Swimming speed is not a function of velocity. It's a function of sustainability - your ability to hold a consistent pace without fatigue. You do this by (1) learning to make your current pace so easy that it becomes impossible not to swim faster; and (2) learning to take strokes of unbreakable effectiveness at incrementally-faster tempos. This 60-minute clinic will teach you how to optimize your combination of Stroke Length and Stroke Rate so speed happens. rather than needing to work harder.
Each clinic is 60 minutes. Clinics will be offered at 8AM, 10AM, 11AM, 1PM, 2PM amd 3PM.
There will be 1 coach for every 6 clinic participants.
Bring your bathing suit, swim goggles, swim cap, and towel. Showers will be available.
