Topics covered in the clinic will include:
*starts
*sighting
*turning buoys
*positioning
*drafting
*releasing a cramp.
*treading water

This will not be a swim workout but instead a chance to learn skills that will build your open water confidence. There will be safety support on hand in the form of a kayak and other PFDs.

Open water swimming presents unique challenges that are not characteristic of a pool swim. To be confident during an open water swim, a triathlete must be able to trust their skills and have the necessary experience.
