Brief Description

A safe and fun environment to practice your open water swimming. Kayak escort. USAT Coach Lois Marquart will speak on fears, safety, sighting, and breathing. For first timers who are new to lake swimming and/or triathlon. This clinic is for you!

I-5 and Exit 123/ Thorne Lane. West side of Freeway--follow brown County signs.

Directions

Take Exit 123 / Thorne Lane and I-5. Proceed West and follow signs to the Park and lake. I will be under a picnic shelter.

Additional Information

Bring wetsuit, TOWEL, a BRIGHT swim cap, and goggles. Bring warm clothes for aprez swim. 400 yd. to 1mi. swim options. Wetsuit will be very helpful!!
