Is this class right for me?
This class is suitable for everyone except fast, efficient swimmers that can easily swim 100 yards in 2 minutes or less.
If you lack endurance, have trouble keeping your legs up, can't swim more that a few laps ( or even one lap), then this class is for you.
If you can run a marathon but you sink like a rock and struggle to get across the pool, this class is for you.
All students go through the same drill progression so this format works for everyone.
