Is this class right for me?
This class is right for everyone other than fast, efficient swimmers that can easily do 100 yards well under 2 minutes.
If you struggle to get across the pool (even if you run marathons), you are new to swimming, you lack endurance or you want to get faster and swim more easily, this class is for you.
Everyone in class goes through the same drills at the same time so it works for swimmers or every level.
