This is the first day of a two day workshop that will focus on balance, streamlining and the beginnings of learning the mechanics for the propulsion phase of freestyle / front crawl swimming. It is geared towards beginner triathletes and beginner / intermediate fitness swimmers. Students will leave the workshop with a full ownership of knowledge of freestyle swimming.
The workshop will be limited to only 5 students.
Video taping will be done at the beginning and end of the workshop.
