Brief Description

Playtri provides the best Open Water Clinic/Workout in the Metropex. Our Open Water Clinic is 2 hours of lake swimming. Learn basic principles and essential techniques such as where to start, how to draft and more. Following the swim, we will segue into our Bike Clinic/Workout where you will learn race tactics, legal drafting and more. Need work on your run? Round out your training day with a run where we will teach you how to go faster but with less effort so you can pass your competition.

Additional Information

The cost is $40 per workout. Register individually ($40 each) or for all three workouts ($100). We also offer a Club Membership with a cost of only of $360 a year. Club Membership includes 3 Bike and Run Clinic/Workouts per month, Swimming once per month and a weekly track workout. Beginners are encouraged and most welcome!

Sanctioning
