Our swim lessons program is designed to help swimmers at every level experience more success and less frustration with learning the fundamentals of swimming. All of our classes are taught by certified instructors. Below are level descriptions for our program. All lessons will be held at the Manassas Park Community Center.
Toddler and Me- ages 2-4. Parent/Guardian is in the water with the child.
Introduction/adjustment to water. Entry and exit skills. Basic arm and leg action. Child must be accompanied by at least 1 adult for each lesson.
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fridays will be used as make-up days if the facility is closed on the normally scheduled day due to inclemate weather or pool operating issues.
