Additional Information
The camp will serve as a perfect tune up to ensure success for participants of the Ford Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, and provide invaluable education about conquering the Kona course.
Sessions will include: Open water swimming, training on the Hawaii course, nutrition, race strategies, managing the heat, pacing, and bike strategies.

Sunday
8:00am Training - Open water swim
10:00am Seminar - Ironman run course specifics & tactics for success, pace & heart rate
11:30am - Individual Lunch
2:00pm Training - Run Energy Lab
6:30pm Social/dinner
Monday
8:00am Seminar - Ironman bike course specifics & tactics for success, pace & heart rate
9:30am - Training - Ride on Ironman bike course
4:00pm - Q&A & goodbyes
