Program Refund /Class Changing Policy Refunds or letters of credit will only be issued under the following circumstances: 1. Program is cancelled by the Recreation Department OR 2. Request is made at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled to begin. There is a $5 processing fee for all refunds. Participants assume risks of changes in personal affairs or health after session begins. Please carefully choose the proper class for your child, paying close attention to the age and skill requirements for that class. In the event that you need to change classes, for any reason, there will be a $5.00 class change fee. Class changes cannot be made online will only be possible if the class you need still is available. Thank you.
