Brief Description

Participants in the Golden Gate Bridge Splash & Dash will feel uplifted after a glorious swim under the bridge and an enthralling run back across the bridge and along Crissy Field. Spectators can enjoy the day as well, taking in the great scenery and basking in the spirit of the event. Participants and spectators alike will take pleasure in socializing at the post-race meal at the South End Clubhouse.

Additional Information

Participants of any age who can safely complete the swim and run are welcome to participate. It is strongly suggested that participants be able to swim an open water mile in 40 minutes or less. The currents in the Bay can be strong and only strong swimmers or swimmers with much open-water experience, should attempt the course.
