Brief Description

The Lowcountry Splash is a 2.4 mile open water swim in the Charleston Harbor in Charleston, SC. Swimmers will start at Hobcaw Yacht Club, swim along the Mount Pleasant shoreline, under the Cooper River Bridge, passing the USS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier and finishing at the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Center. The Splash is a benefit swim for the Logan Foundation, benefiting Children of the Lowcountry.

Additional Information

Prize will be awarded to the Top 3 Male and Female Over all and to the top finisher in each age group. There is also a team competition and the Over Under Challenge which the combined times of the Lowcountry Splash and the Cooper River Bridge Run. The Splash starts at 8 am and swimmers will be shuttled over from Patriots Point to Hobcaw yacht club for the Start.
