Our goal Marathon & Half Marathon is The Marathon of the Treasure Coast on Sunday, March 1, 2015 in Jensen Beach.
We're able to adjust your training schedule for any other full or half marathons during the same time, like: RunDonna Full & Half or Fort Lauderdale A1A Full & Half on February 15th - Or - Disney Princess Half (Sold out) or Gasparilla Distance Classic Half on February 22nd - Or - First Watch Sarasota Half on March 15th.

We will have an info meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2014.
Training starts on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 6:00 A.M. with our Magic Mile. We will meet at the Crexent Center ONLY for this first training.
The info meeting and most Saturday training runs are at Fleet Feet Stuart, 2440 NW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994 (Next to Bed, Bath & Beyond).
Bridge Up to Full Marathon
New this season, we are offering a "Bridge Up" to Full Marathon for the Treasure Coast Marathon! Your recent long run should be 12+ miles to join this program, perfect if you just trained for a half marathon!

We welcome runners and walkers of all paces!
We've had Boston Qualifiers, front, middle and back of the pack, and walkers accomplish the same goal - finishing your goal distance, strong and without injuries! There's a group for everyone!
Your training group placement is based on your "Magic Mile" (MM), which we will do throughout our training to ensure you are in the correct group. A Magic Mile is a one mile run about as hard as you could run - but no puking!
Saturdays we run as a group for your long runs, plus two short runs on your own during the week.
Cross training or walking are optional 2 to 3 days a week, which will help you recover from your longer training runs, regardless of the pace you maintain. Swimming, cycling, yoga/pilates, strength/weight training, water running, and any other mode of cross training which you find fun & interesting (but non-pounding) will improve overall fitness and increase your fat burning potential.

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
About Jeff Galloway's Training ProgramsThe Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run or walk a marathon or half marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. If you're not certain about whether to join, come with us for a free test run.
The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable for all levels and adults of all ages! Join us for a weekly Saturday group run and experience great camaraderie, effective training and lots of support.
