We are back!  Aerobic Dance is 50 minutes of choreographed movement to a variety of music...from the Bee Gees to Lady Gaga!  Starting with warm-up, a little floor work, some up-tempo toning, and finally aerobic dancing, the benefits include a great cardio workout, stress relief, weight loss, muscle tone and lots of fun with a great group of all ages!
