4 days of intense triathlon training on the St. George 70.3 course. Training and coaching by certified and experienced coaches, Lizz Bennett and Wes Johnson. Swimming, biking, and running every day. Seminars on nutrition, mental toughness, bike maintenance, and fueling for your race. Enjoy some memorable friendships, elite coaching, and a beautiful, challenging venue!
Who is this camp designed for?
This camp will be geared specifically for the St. George 70.3 in May. We will be training on the course and designing the workouts for optimal performance and specificity for this race. BUT, this camp will benefit ALL triathletes training for any distance, at any level. We will have several coaches and a lot of support for all of our workouts. Our goal is to help every athlete improve and get a lot of personal attention with us.

If you have a friend or family member that would be willing to drive support for the camp you can get up to 1/2 your camp registration fee. Please contact us for more information.
Athletes will be emailed a detailed Itinerary. The basic format will be: Friday morning swim, breakfast, group ride on the 70.3 course, break, run clinic, group run. Saturday morning swim, breakfast, brick workout, clinic, massage, nutrition appointments Sunday, mental toughness workshop, long ride, group dinner and awards Monday morning swim, PNF stretching, trail run
We start off with an early morning swim and follow it with biking on the 70.3 course. Friday night we hit the trails for a run. All the biking and running is fully supported with vehicle support, food, water, first aid, and a great bike mechanic. The weekend will be specifically programmed based on your level of ability, experience, and goals.
