Getting Started Program
We will begin our Getting Started program on June 7th and train for the Bridge of Lions 5K on July 26th. If you are just starting out and have dreamed of running a 5k, this is the program for you. Beware, you will become addicted to this great sport of running and will want to continue on with the marathon/half-marathon training. I promise!
Marathon/Half-Marathon 8-Month Training Program
Our training will begin on Saturday, Aug 2, 2014. Our goal marathon/half-marathon will be the 26.2 with Donna The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer on February 15, 2015. Those of you who have trained with the Galloway Program in the past or participate in our Getting Started program are considered ‘Alumni Members’ and receive a discount.

Galloway Alumni Club Discount - $69/season (must have been a Galloway member for at least 3 previous training sessions) New this year - Alumni Club INCLUDES Getting Started sessions!
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
