The FIT class is designed to give every student a high intensity total body workout. All students are welcome, modifications will be made for every fitness ability. The Fit class is for the student who is in between sports and wants to stay conditioned or the student that wants to become FIT. We will do exercises that work all the major muscle groups while mixing it up with challenging group drills, cardio challenges and relay races. We will use free weights, medicine balls, exercise bands. our goal is to provide a variety of exercises to keep your child FIT! your child will learn proper form, how to do intervals and how to work hard and have fun at the same time. You may choose either the Monday or the Wednesday class or both.
