About This Activity

If you are looking for something that combines the benefits of a Mind Body class and the results from a Fat Burning Cardio workout, then this class is for you!!! Muscle confusion at it?s best for the ultimate results! This class is an athletic Approach to mind/body fitness workout that blends standing Pilates, ballet, Yoga, calisthenics, control movements that focuses on breath, balance, lengthening and posture to elongate muscles and burn lots of fat!!


This class is about getting into and staying in the fat burning zone with flow and grace. You will need a Yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel to wipe your sweat!! Periodically we will us Fitness Circles, Dyna-bands and small balls all provided by instructor.
