About This Activity

This is an energetic, upbeat aerobics class, set to music that, that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training, lower body toning exercises and a strength conditioning portion focusing on arms, back, chest, legs and core muscles. The combination of low impact cardiovascular exercise combined with strength training is a superior total body workout. Participants are asked to provide a set of hand-held weights between 1-5lb.
