About This Activity

 

Aerobics means with oxygen.  This is a low to moderate intensity workout set to music, that is sure to get your body moving.   A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.  This class combines cardiovascular training and lower body toning and flexibility exercises, for an excellent total body workout. Instructors Linda Hull and Jane Jenny.  All classes held in Community Center room 214. Ages 16+
