Come walk with me! Walking is a simple start to building a strong foundation for your fitness program. Indoor walking and a wide range of movements make this program even more effective. We will be walking, using side steps, kicks, knee touches, and intensity boosters to get our heart rates up, along with resistance band training for strengthening and toning muscle. Melt away fat, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels. This class is for any fitness level; including the new to fitness. A fun, motivating total body workout for a healthier, happier you! Minimum of 5/maximum of 15.
The drop in fee is $10.00 per class
