02 Winter Exercise 01, Easy Yoga/Tai Chi (Mon)

About This Activity

Movements are easy while still maintaining a good overall workout.  We will be using light weights and stretch tubes.  Please bring your own water, wear comfortable clothing, appropriate shoes and bring your own light hand weights if you like.
